MB Decor Dropship Service Terms & Conditions

The dropship service (“Service”) is available solely to registered trade customers of MB Decor (“the Company”). By utilising the Service, you confirm you are an authorised representative of a registered trade company and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Product Availability
While the Company will make every reasonable effort to maintain accurate stock levels on the platform, we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific item. Orders are fulfilled subject to stock availability.

Order Processing & Delivery
The Company endeavours to process and dispatch orders made through the Service promptly but does not guarantee specific delivery times.

Prices & Payment
Prices are as listed on the Service at the time of the order. The Company reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order or applied to your credit account which will not take you over your pre arranged credit limit.

RRP and Selling Prices
All products carry a recommended retail price, when selling our products online this RRP should be adhered to and should not be reduced by more than 5%. This reflects the quality of the MB product being sold. Any suppliers found selling below this price bracket will be contacted to discuss action. Credits / Refunds
Refunds or credits will be issued for items successfully returned to MB DIY.
If an order is; cancelled post-despatch, no longer required or surplus items are returned, carriage charges will not be refunded.
Any items returned in poor condition may not be refunded in full. This constitutes as restocking charges. MB DIY reserves the right to refuse a refund if items are deemed unusable.

Restocking Charge
MB DIY reserves the right to apply a re-stocking charge on returned items for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Arrival with damaged packaging
  • Items returned without original packaging where applicable.
  • Items that are not stocked by MB (special order items, one off items, or bathroom furniture items)
  • Discontinued batched items

The specific restocking percentage may vary based on the product’s supplier.

Damages / Picking Errors
Any damages or errors should be reported to MB DIY within 24 hours of receiving the goods. After this window, the standard returns policy will apply, and return charges will be borne by the customer. Damaged items should be photographed and emailed to MB DIY within this 24-hour period. If items delivered by our MB delivery fleet are damaged or incorrect, they may be refused and returned to our driver upon delivery.

Dropship Orders – Standard Returns
Items drop-shipped by MB DIY adhere to the above guidelines. Traders are responsible for ensuring their customers are aware of this return policy. While returns are primarily arranged by the trader, MB DIY may offer pick-up in specific cases. Arrangements and costs are to be discussed with our sales team.

Dropship Orders – Damages
Given the nature of dropship services, MB DIY acknowledges the potential challenges in reporting damages within 24 hours. However, traders must procure evidence of damaged goods from their customers within this timeframe and relay this information to MB DIY within an additional 24 hours.
